Bill Bachman
 Melbourne based Bill Bachman is an award-winning freelance photo-journalist,
who has contributed articles and photographs to a variety of books and
magazine around the world. Calling Australia home since 1973, Bill reflects:
“I’ve travelled well over 100,000 kilometres, shot over 1500 rolls of film,
and had more than 30 flat tyres. Impressive as these figures might be,
whenever I look at a map of Australia on which I’ve marked my travels in
different colours, the first thing I see are the places where I haven’t
been. Admittedly, some of them are trackless desert, but the fact remains:
in all my wandering, I’ve only just begun to see Australia”. Bill is the
